After an extensive search I recently bought a set of princess cut diamond stud earrings from Angel City via Amazon as a birthday gift for my wife. She now has them on every where she goes! They are gorgeous! Isaac even upgraded the weight slightly since they were out of the weight ordered. Isaac also included a certificate of authenticity upon request. Shipping time was very acceptable. Isaac has also been very responsive to some questions I had. Highly recommend Angel Cityr! Price and value are quite excellent. Prices for similar quality earrings are more than double in most retail stores. Even other Internet offerings were higher than Angel City. Wow, all of these 5 star reviews are absolutely justified. I just bought a pair of earrings from Isaac and I am floored. The day after I received them I took them to a fancy jewelry store where I have occasionally done business over the years, and the first thing the owner of the store said when he looked at them through a loop was "wow, nice stones." After further examination, he confirmed that the quality was exactly what Isaac told me (without any hints or suggestions from me). He also told me what it would cost me to replace them, and the range of numbers he gave me was at least twice what Isaac charged me. All I can say is this: don't hesitate to buy from Isaac. I usually buy jewelry for my wife at least once a year, and I am now a faithful customer. I thought I was getting great merchandise at a great price from my prior online source, but Isaac easily beats the price with at least equal quality (and unsurpassed customer service). Mark S. I just bought a couple of pairs of diamond stud earrings for my mother and sister as gifts. I purchased these through the living social promotion and Isaac was as nice as they come. I was shopping for diamond stud earrings as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend. I checked out other diamond retailers like zales but they were overpriced and the quality wasn't that good. I went on ebay and ran into Angel City Jewelers, they had a few diamond studs for auction but I decided since Im local I'd go downtown and check them out in person. They were beyond helpful and friendly and made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. The studs came with a free appraisal which is a must to insure them and that's usually $50. I ended up purchasing some diamond halo studs and my girlfriend simply loved them and the great thing about this place is that you can always bring your purchase in and trade up and they will honor the initial paid price. I checked the pricing on zales for the diamonds I bought at angel city and I saved about $500, it was worth the trip downtown. At first I was a bit hesitant to order from Angel City, as I saw the review below by Elizabeth and I had never previously bought jewelry online. I took my chances since their prices were so amazing, and because I knew I would be covered by my Credit Card company anyways. But honestly, I'm so glad I did. My experience was totally different from the one below. I called in to ask a few questions and they were kind enough to upgrade my shipping to next day for free, and I was across the country so it wasn't that cheap. The tennis bracelet I bought was gorgeous and was exactly the one described and shown on the website, and when I went to the local jeweler to get it appraised, the appraisal was 30% more than what I paid for it! I took a huge chance buying a diamond bracelet online -- I had been burned by trying this elsewhere before but was overwhelmed at how positive this experience was. I looked around for awhile at other sites and local pawn shops before making the leap and could not be happier. The price was the best I had encountered anywhere in my search, unbelievable really .

The shipping was unbelievably quick -- coast-to-coast to my door in 2 days. There were a few little issues with the bracelet but Isaac bent over backward to correct them and make the bracelet perfect, buffing and rhodium-plating (above and beyond the call) to make it sparkle better than before. He was in frequent contact with me to consult on exactly what I wanted and even had his stone-setter talk to me!

I have never encountered such thorough customer service like this before and would buy from Angel City Jewelers again in a heartbeat. If I were to choose to buy larger, the original cost would be applied to the next purchase. As pretty as this bracelet is, I can't imagine doing that but it's good to know in case I get a wild hair..These are some good folks and I'm so glad I took that chance. Thanks again, Isaac!!
